How a quotation is built
A separator quotation is assembled from the requirement rather than taken from a catalogue price with a shipping line added, and the steps are the same for a first unit and for a repeat order:
- The requirement is recorded: destination, supply voltage and frequency, whole-milk volume per batch, quantity, and any labelling or documentation the market requires.
- The model and electrical configuration are matched: capacity against the batch volume, and the electrical build against the supply on site.
- Documents and terms are confirmed, with what can be provided for that destination stated explicitly.
- The quotation is issued with its scope in writing, so what is included and what is not can be compared on the same basis.
How a replacement part is matched
Separator parts are matched to an assembly, not to a machine family. The machine model and assembly reference are confirmed first; the part is then compared against the assembly using photographs and any marking on the part; key dimensions are compared with measurements taken after cleaning; and any mismatch is reported before an order is prepared.

Orders placed for resale differ from a single farm purchase mainly in what has to be agreed in advance: the intended model range and capacity steps, which spares should be held alongside the machines by function group, which documents are required at import and in which language, and whether marking or packaging has to carry the distributor identity.
